Job Summary

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Mechanical Site Engineer to oversee mechanical installation works, prepare estimates, create technical drawings, and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in site supervision, AutoCAD drafting, quantity estimation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical installation works at project sites.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare project cost estimates, material take-offs, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and accomplishment reports.
• Monitor manpower productivity and project schedules.
• Request and monitor materials, tools, and equipment needed on site.
• Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and occupational safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME), but qualified non-licensed applicants are welcome to apply.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, or related mechanical works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experienced in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and material costing.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites.
• Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
