About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team at Coffel Aire Industries, Incorporated' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time HVAC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, installing, and maintaining efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a variety of commercial and industrial projects.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative HVAC solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards
• Conducting site assessments, performing load calculations, and selecting appropriate HVAC equipment and components
• Overseeing the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and energy efficiency
• Developing preventative maintenance plans and troubleshooting HVAC-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize system performance
• Staying up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, regulations, and industry best practices
• Providing technical support and training to on-site personnel

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Engineer, preferably in the commercial or industrial sector
• Work experience is important, but what we value most is the willingness to learn and adapt
• Proficient in HVAC system design, including load calculations, duct design, and equipment selection
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC components, control systems, and relevant building codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects from start to finish
