Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Air Conditioning Systems, AHU, and Chillers to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in HVAC design, system selection, and schematic diagram creation using selection tools. A strong understanding of psychrometrics and its application in air handling and chiller systems is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HVAC systems, including Air Handling Units (AHU) and Chillers, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance.

• Perform heat load calculations, system sizing, and component selection for air conditioning systems.

• Create schematic diagrams using selection tools for AHU and chiller systems.

• Analyze and interpret psychrometric charts to optimize system performance.

• Conduct equipment selection based on project specifications, load requirements, and environmental conditions.

• Provide technical support and recommendations for system improvements and troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful installation and commissioning.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage.

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, specifically in AHU, chillers, and air conditioning systems.

• Proficiency in HVAC design software, selection tools, and schematic diagram creation.

• Strong understanding of psychrometrics, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics in HVAC applications.

• Experience in project management, system troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with HVAC control systems and automation.

• Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in HVAC.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.

• Certification in HVAC-related training or courses is a plus.
