Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, safety standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
