We are looking for a results-driven and highly organized Production In-Charge to oversee daily operational activities and ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational experience, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Saturday

Shifting Schedule (8 hours + OT)

Location: Misamis Oriental

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow execution

Monitor productivity, efficiency, and compliance with company standards

Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals

Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational concerns

Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management

Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Mechanical Engineering graduate or any Engineering course (advantage)

• At least 2 years of related work experience

• Experience in Manufacturing, Production Operations, or Restaurant Operations is preferred

• Background as Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager is a plus
