* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
1. *Operational Control*: Monitor, operate, and maintain Screenroom equipment for cleaning and tempering raw wheat before milling
2. *Quality & Flow Control*: Ensure stable wheat flow rates and maintain cleaning systems to filter dust and foreign materials
3. *Laboratory Testing*: Collect raw material samples for QC lab analysis to meet quality standards
4. *Preventive Maintenance*: Assist technical teams with minor equipment calibration and scheduled plant shutdowns
5. *Safety & Hygiene Compliance*: Enforce industrial safety, manufacturing hygiene, and food safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS*
- *Education*: BS Mechanical Engineering Graduate
- *License*: Licensed / Board Passer Mechanical Engineer - Required
- *Experience*: Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior plant experience is a plus
- *Profile*: detail-oriented, and eager to learn technical plant operations
- *Work Setup*: Full-time, On-site in Mandaluyong City
