Job Description

Cadet Engineer assign as Screenman Trainee in the Mill Production. A screenman trainee learns to operate, monitor and maintain the equipment in the Screenroom (cleaning house) where raw wheatis cleaned and tempered before milling.

Duties and Responsibilities

>Check the daily condition of cleaning equipment that remove dust, stones and foreign material from raw wheat.

>Help Maintain a stable and consistentflow rate of wheatthrough cleaning and tempering equipment.

> Take regular wheat samples forlaboratory analysis

>Keep the screenroom clean and cleaning equipment

>Complete daily checklisttask for machinery performance.

>Assist maintenance teams during minor equipment adjustments or scheduled mill shutdowns.

>Follow industrial safety rules, hygiene protocols and food safety standards.
