• Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes
• Plan and implement process improvements, lean manufacturing, cost reduction
• Monitor production metrics, yield, bottlenecks, and quality performance
• Work with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
• Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Oversee equipment selection, maintenance, and qualification

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar
• 3–7 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, process optimization
• Proficiency in CAD, process simulation, data analysis
• Problem-solving mindset, cross-functional teamwork

Indicative Salary Range (Metro Manila)

• ₱50,000 – ₱120,000 / month depending on seniority and scope
