Project Engineer Electrical and Mechanical in Laguna upto 350k


MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HYDROPOWER


Supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical and mechanical (E&M) works for a large-scale hydropower and pumped storage project. 

Covers major systems such as turbines, generators, pumps, transformers, switchgear, and auxiliary equipment. Ensures all installation, testing, and commissioning activities comply with approved designs, safety standards, and project schedules.


Key Responsibilities

-Supervise and monitor E&M installation works on site.

-Coordinate with contractors, OEMs, and teams to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

-Conduct inspections, track progress, and report on installation and commissioning activities.

-Review drawings, submittals, and method statements; flag issues as needed.

-Support QA/QC and ensure proper documentation (reports, test results, as-builts).

-Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for system integration.

-Enforce safety and EHS standards on site.

-Assist in resolving technical issues and prepare progress reports.


Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; PRC license preferred.

-10–15 years of experience in E&M works for power or infrastructure projects.

-Experience with turbines, generators, pumps, transformers, switchgear, and related systems.

-Familiar with IEC, IEEE, NEC, ASME, ISO, and local standards.

-Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tools (MS Project/Primavera).

-Strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

-Willing to work onsite in Rizal or Laguna.
