- Oversee all activity of a specific department or area in the company.
- Observe and analyze the overall efficacy of the department and ensure things are moving smoothly.
- Supervise and lead employees within the department.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback, whether positive or constructive, depending on the employee and situation.
- Perform department administration, including planning schedules, budgets, overseeing inventory, and monitoring employees.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
- Provide customer support, identify solutions, and troubleshoot problems.
- Prepare Monthly Executive Summary Reports for all malls and forward reports to the Operations Manager for final review and approval.
- Prepare proposals for repairs for all mall tenants and outside tenants, and forward proposals to the Operations Manager for final review and approval.
- Prepare monthly cleaning schedules for all mall tenants and outside tenants for approval by the Operations Manager.
- Monitor inventory and supplies of materials, including FDC, degreasers, and duct tapes.
- Prepare proposals for newly opened tenants.
- Monitor manpower based on Service Reports.
