Responsibilities

• Improve production processes and planning and supervising the installation of machinery and parts in line with design plans and timescales
• Modify design to correct operating deficiencies and/or reduce issues
• Use advanced analysis tools and methods to solve complex technical problems
• Troubleshoot and solve the complex problems
• Assist in preparing and maintaining he policies, procedures and manuals of Engineering department
• Assist in the evaluation and troubleshooting of machines
• Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed for all work completed
• Outline engineering processes for the creation of training and development materials
• Design and implementing cost-effective modifications to help improve safety and reliability.



Job Requirements

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineer
• Excellent technical skills, including computer-aid design experience
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and render overtime
• Willing to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
