In this role, you’ll oversee the maintenance, rehabilitation, and performance optimization of drilling rigs, compressors, grout pumps, shotcrete machines, and heavy vehicles used in our field operations. You’ll develop equipment strategies, lead troubleshooting and repair efforts, and ensure all machinery meets safety and operational standards. The position involves close coordination with project engineers and field crews to keep equipment running efficiently and support ongoing site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee rehabilitation and maintenance of drilling and ground support machines.
• Develop equipment management strategies and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise field technicians and ensure safe, efficient equipment operation.
• Evaluate tool performance and recommend upgrades or process improvements.
• Support asset procurement, calibration, and logistics for geotechnical projects.
