The Motorpool Officer-In-Charge is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Motorpool Section ensuring optimum work performance and available workforce to meet the services requirement.

  • He is in charge of administering motorpool equipment and trucking needs of the clients ensuring the the department objectives and the clients objective are met.
  • He is in charge of training, mentoring and evaluating personnel under his area of responsibilities, including maintenance and trucking services.
  • Review odometer readings, trip logs, and known mileage to ensure accuracy of trip logs and to detect any unauthorized use of equipment.
  • Prepares and verifies monthly reports on usage of rented heavy equipment.
  • Prepares and submits reports on mileage, cost of parts, fuel, and repairs.
  • Ensures that all equipment and vehicles are properly insured at all times.
  • Works with warehouse to maintain a log of fuel truck deliveries and fuel issuances to equipment.
  • Maintains records of Repairs and Maintenance Schedule.
  • Maintains inventory records of automotive tools, equipment, supplies, spare parts for samples, and spare parts for disposal.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
  • Must be willing to be assigned at Tanza, Cavite
  • Mechanical Engineer
  • 3-5 years of experience in handling heavy equipment in construction
