Position: Production Engineering Supervisor
Company Industry: Manufacturing
Work Location: Hermosa, Bataan
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Php 20,000-Php 24,000
Work Set Up: On‑site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course
At least 2-4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel, ERP systems).
Experience in a manufacturing company, PEZA‑registered company is preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure section procedures, guidelines, work instructions, and workmanship standards are followed
Implement annual action plans and targets
Review check sheets monthly, including inspection/repair history
Monitor activities and projects to meet downtime targets
Implement and track preventive maintenance schedules
