This role is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans used in architectural and construction projects. The role involves translating design concepts and specifications into accurate CAD drawings while ensuring compliance with applicable standards, building codes, and project requirements. The Draftsman works closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to support the planning, design, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans based on design specifications and project requirements.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
• Interpret architectural and engineering designs and convert them into precise technical documentation.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design standards and building regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other team members to resolve design issues and incorporate revisions.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings meet specified tolerances and project quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Draftsman in the architectural or construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret design requirements.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of local building codes, construction standards, and regulations.
