- Prepares Lot Plans, Plot Plans and Vicinity Maps for attachment to Valuation Reports.
- Assist the Appraisers in analyzing and interpreting building plans & lot plans used in valuation.
- Assist in developing and organizing the Valuations database.
- Assist in Internet research and market data gathering in relation to VAS projects.
- Assist the Appraisers in the verification of real estate property transaction and offers to sell or buy
- Be familiar with the contents of an appraisal report, and develop good understanding of common documents used in appraisal report such as titles, tax receipts, and tax declarations
- As determined by the Director, when needed, conduct title verification work, tax mapping, land use verification and other auxiliary valuations tasks.
