QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the Automotive or Commercial Vehicle (CV) Industry
• At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Computer literate (familiar with NetSuite or similar systems)
• Strong knowledge in automotive electrical systems
• Strong knowledge in automatic and manual vehicle transmission
• Experience in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Able to handle workshop operations and team supervision



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead the mechanics team in daily operations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle mechanical and electrical issues
• Ensure quality repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and job completion
• Use NetSuite for job tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior mechanics
• Maintain safety standards and workshop discipline
• Coordinate with service advisors and management for repair updates
