Job Requirements

• At least high school graduate with certification as mechanic
• At least 1 year of experience as a mechanic
• Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment operations and repairs
• Ability to work after hours if required
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to follow assigned work orders and ensure shop area is maintained in a safe and clean condition
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic software
• Willing to work in Marikina or Montalban, Rizal
• With COE, SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN ID, NBI or police clearance

Job Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain large machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and trucks
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication
• Identify, troubleshoot, and diagnose faults in engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems using computerized equipment
• Replace or repair worn or damaged parts (e.g., gears, bearings, engines) and perform welding or fabrication as needed
• Ensure all machinery adheres to safety standards and conduct testing after repairs
