- Assist in the design and development of training programs through systematic Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Facilitate and implement technical training sessions in alignment with organizational service standards.
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation of all training activities, resources, and training equipment usage.
- Prepare competency evaluations and performance ratings for frontliners based on defined service standards.
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and inventory of all service training facilities, tools, special equipment, training units, and instructional materials; conduct quarterly audits of assets.
- Support the development and execution of technical training activities, programs, and related learning initiatives.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all training curricula, modules, and evaluation tools against unauthorized access or distribution.
- Enforce 5S workplace organization practices and ensure regular preventive maintenance of all tools, equipment, and facilities within the training center.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements through continuous research and participation in relevant technical training programs.
- Recommend the design and development of special tools to enhance repair efficiency and technician productivity.
- Conduct technical evaluations, research initiatives, and diagnostics on emerging product issues.
- Facilitate field testing and surveys to validate product performance and gather feedback.
- Deliver technical training programs and conduct competency assessments for assigned personnel.
- Perform other related duties and special assignments as may be required by management.
