Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry
- Must possess active TESDA Automotive Servicing NC I, NC II, or NC III
- Knowledge in automotive electrical systems
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn
- Can work under supervision and as part of a team
- Good work attitude and discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles
- Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Support senior mechanics in complex repair tasks
- Ensure proper use of tools and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workshop
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Accomplish assigned tasks within required timelines
