Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Technology, or related vocational/technical course.
• With experience in repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, or diesel engines is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Willing to perform field work or on-site service assignments.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment and machinery components.
• With good work ethics and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of agricultural machinery such as tractors, rice transplanters, combine harvesters, and diesel engines.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance services according to company and manufacturer standards.
• Install replacement parts and ensure proper equipment functionality and safety compliance.
• Provide on-site service and technical support to customers when required.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Follow workplace safety policies and ensure proper handling of tools and machinery.
• Coordinate with the parts and service team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
