  1. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and scheduled servicing of company vehicles.
  2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, engine, transmission, brake, and hydraulic issues.
  3. Perform minor and major repairs, including part replacements and adjustments.
  4. Use diagnostic tools, manuals, and technical knowledge to identify faults.
  5. Ensure proper documentation of issues and corrective actions taken.
  6. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used.
  7. Assist in monitoring and requesting spare parts, tools, and supplies.
  8. Ensure proper use, safekeeping, and maintenance of company tools and equipment.
  1. High school diploma or vocational course graduate in Automotive/Diesel Mechanics (TESDA NC II or equivalent preferred).
  2. At least 2–5 years of experience as a mechanic (light/heavy vehicle repair).
  3. Strong knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  4. Skilled in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  5. With valid driver’s license (professional license preferred).
  6. Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
