Position: Production Assembly Supervisor

Company Industry: Manufacturing

Work Location: Hermosa, Bataan

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Php 20,000-Php 24,000

Work Set Up: On‑site


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course.

At least 2- 4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel, ERP systems)

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles

Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and coordinate production team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations

Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implement corrective actions, and document findings

Provide hands‑on support and training to production team members
