Description
Under the guidance of mixing operator and with direct supervision of Production Supervisor, is responsible for monitoring of all incoming raw materials being used for Dry Mixing, Tipping and Batch Preparation Operations.
Coordinates with Production Material Controller and Quality Assurance within the Department.
Adheres to GMP at all Times.
Conducts Quality Checking of all raw materials coming from warehouses and ensures that physical condition of issued raw materials are clean and without damage as per GMP requirements.
Ensures that Non-Conforming products are properly segregated, raw materials
Issued that does not conform to GMP and QMS requirements must be segregated and properly accounted for.
Prepares the dry mixing, tipping and batch preparation areas as to GMP requirements. Prepares all raw materials needed for the production lines.
Checks actual quantity of all raw materials being issued from warehouses before use at production operations.
Responsible in checking and recording of raw material quality and in accordance with QMS standards.
Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the working area or place of work.
Reports abnormalities and problems encountered during actual checking and receiving of raw materials to Mixing operator and Production Supervisor.
Renders proper turn over with co-worker of the next immediate shift.
Abides with Company’s Rules and Regulations on Discipline,
Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Monitoring Scheme, Safety Practices and other Company policies that may be issued while in the employ of this company.
Ensures that the product, working conditions and work processes are consistent, and within the quality and quantity standards of Nestle Philippines.
Performs other functions and duties as may be assigned or called by his superiors.
Requirements
EDUCATION
At least High School graduate, college level is an advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 5 months work experience in other food manufacturing company or all new graduates subject to training
