Construction Helper / Tradesman

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Material Handling: Moving, stacking, and organizing materials like panels, tools, and equipment for facade installation.
• Cleaning: Preparing surfaces by cleaning panels and joints before installation, including applying primer.
• Assisting with Installation: Under supervision, helping with the physical aspects of installing facade elements like curtain walling, cladding, and windows.
• Site Preparation: Clearing and preparing the work area, ensuring it is safe and organized.
• Scaffolding: With supervision, may be involved in erecting and dismantling scaffolding set up
• Safety Compliance: Following safety regulations and protocols on the construction site.
• Physical Fitness: Being able to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Teamwork: Working effectively with other workers and supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.Elementary Graduates

2. Good Character.

3. Trainable

4. Barangay and NBI Clearance.

Education:

• Elementary/ Primary school (Preferred)

Experience:

• Helper / Tradesman: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Aluminum / Glasses Facade: 1 year (Preferred)
