Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Process purchase requests and coordinate procurement activities with suppliers and vendors.
  • Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and material transfers to project sites or warehouses.
  • Prepare inventory, procurement, and logistics reports as required.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of materials.
  • Collaborate with project teams and other departments to support operational requirements.


Qualifications:

  • College graduate; Engineering degree is an advantage.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or materials control.
  • Experience in the cabling or telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cabling products and materials.
  • Proficient in procurement, inventory management, and documentation.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
