About the Role

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to help grow our online presence and strengthen our brand across multiple social media platforms.

You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, planning campaigns, and analysing performance to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating content, staying on top of social media trends, and finding innovative ways to engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
• Design graphics, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
• Write compelling captions and marketing copy.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience enquiries.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend new content ideas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
• Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with paid social media advertising or email marketing is an advantage.
• Comfortable working UK business hours.
