Field Marketing Representative

Job Description

The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for promoting the company's agricultural products and services to farmers, dealers, cooperatives, and other agricultural stakeholders within the assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support to help customers maximize crop productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's agricultural products (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, crop protection products, farm equipment, or animal health products).

• Visit farmers, distributors, dealers, and agricultural cooperatives within the assigned area.

• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and farmer meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and industry trends.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales and marketing targets.

• Assist in organizing agricultural events, field days, trade fairs, and seminars.

• Provide basic product knowledge and technical guidance to customers.

• Prepare and submit timely sales, activity, and territory reports.

• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, Marketing, or any related course (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Experience in agricultural sales or field marketing is an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.

• Must possess a valid driver's license (motorcycle or four-wheel vehicle is an advantage).

• Honest, self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Knowledge of crops, farming practices, and agricultural inputs is an advantage.

Work Location

Assigned provincial territory (e.g., Albay, Palawan, Bataan, Mindoro, Bukidnon, Davao, Zamboanga, etc.)
