Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the company's marketing activities and campaigns
• Oversee content creation and management for social media platforms
• Prepare business correspondence, letters, and marketing communications
• Assist in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor branch promotions, events, and marketing activities
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners and other suppliers
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
• Develop and recommend marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other marketing-related documents
• Support the Marketing Director in achieving departmental goals and objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably with a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
