- Manage and grow assigned key accounts, ensuring consistent sales and repeat business
- Actively prospect and open new accounts (hardware stores, construction firms, project sites)
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Conduct product presentations and on-site visits to clients
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers
- Prepare and monitor sales orders, deliveries, and inventory availability
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (warehouse, purchasing, finance)
- Monitor account receivables and ensure timely collections
- Gather market intelligence (pricing, competitor activities, demand trends)
- Recommend promotions or product bundles to increase sales
