Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our Feng Shui consulting business. This role focuses on developing marketing plans, executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and organizing events and workshops to promote our Feng Shui services and brand.

The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and capable of turning marketing ideas into action, especially in digital marketing, content creation, and event management.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote Feng Shui consultations, workshops, events, and services.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan and manage content calendars for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create engaging educational and promotional content related to Feng Shui, services, and workshops.
• Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics.

Event Creation & Management

• Plan, organize, and execute workshops, seminars, marketing events, and promotional activities.
• Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, materials preparation, participant registration, and event flow.
• Support marketing promotions for events across digital and offline channels.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with event suppliers, printers, designers, and creative vendors.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating with suppliers for marketing materials and event requirements.

Marketing Materials & Promotions

• Coordinate the development of marketing materials such as posters, brochures, digital ads, and event collaterals.
• Work with designers or agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or event coordination
• Experience in social media strategy and content planning
• Experience organizing events, workshops, or promotional activities
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop marketing ideas and campaigns

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, scheduling tools)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience in event marketing and logistics
• Interest in wellness, Feng Shui, lifestyle, or educational events
