MARKETING MANAGER – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES / CONSULTING

Location: Makati City

Employment Type: Full-Time

Set-Up: ON-SITE (Monday-Friday | 9am-6pm)

Salary: Php50,000-Php70,000 per month (negotiable)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in marketing for a consulting firm, professional services company, or B2B environment. The successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand, generate qualified leads, support business development, and increase client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Lead marketing campaigns for consulting and professional services offerings.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, brand awareness, and market expansion.
• Create and manage content for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and digital marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target markets.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to generate and nurture qualified leads.
• Develop marketing materials, company profiles, service presentations, proposals, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports using relevant KPIs and analytics.
• Manage external marketing partners, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders when necessary.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Support events, webinars, networking activities, and other initiatives designed to promote the company and its services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a consulting firm, professional services, accounting firm, law firm, or B2B organization.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing strategies for professional or business services.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and common digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience marketing consulting, accounting, business advisory, corporate compliance, legal, financial, or other professional services are highly encouraged to apply.
