Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of marketing, promotions, and social media
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic skills in creating marketing materials and social media content
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
• Willing to do field work and travel
• With a valid driver’s license and able to drive is a strong advantage
• Can work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitors
• Help develop marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services
• Create and manage social media content and basic digital marketing activities
• Assist in managing the company’s social media pages and online presence
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content
• Assist in organizing marketing events, promotions, and customer activities
• Conduct field marketing, client visits, and promotional activities
• Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, partners, and other departments
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
• Monitor and report the results of marketing campaigns
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management

 Company vehicle will be provided for field work.
