Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company goals and sales targets.
• Generate new leads and prospective clients through online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Conduct field visits, business consultations, and training sessions for franchise clients.
• Attend client meetings, franchise expos, seminars, conventions, and networking events.
• Manage and update company social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and digital marketing teams for promotional materials and presentations.
• Organize webinars, podcasts, and marketing events to increase brand visibility and client engagement.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and client communications.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
• Prepare marketing reports, client monitoring sheets, and sales performance updates.
• Support franchise package presentations, proposal preparation, and client onboarding activities.
• Supervise and guide marketing personnel, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Establish partnerships with organizations, vendors, and business networks to expand market reach.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Franchise Manager or senior management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational graduate.
• Valid professional driver's license with the appropriate restriction/code for truck operation.
• Experience driving delivery trucks or commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of traffic regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading products.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
• Familiarity with local routes and delivery areas.
