Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market company manpower services to potential clients

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements

• Prepare marketing reports, proposals, and presentations

• Support business development activities and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• With experience in a Manpower Agency (required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Pleasing personality and professional appearance

• Client-oriented and goal-driven

• Computer literate

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
