Bridge the gap between digital convenience and physical brand standards, ensuring that a customer’s experience with the brand is seamless.

Fix Problems: Be the first point of contact for stores when there are app glitches, driver issues, or order mistakes. Coordinate these issues with support team.

Manage the App: Keep our menu, food descriptions, and promo banners updated and accurate.

Handle Promos: Help launch and track marketing campaigns like Piso Deals.

Check Quality: Visit stores to ensure food is packed correctly and includes all necessary condiments.

Report Feedback: Watch customer reviews and provide actionable insights.

Education:

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Experience:

Open for fresh grads with relevant backgrounds.

Special Skills:

App familiarity (user of delivery apps: Grab, Foodpanda, etc.)

Willingness to learn back end systems of delivery platforms

Digital literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office
