Responsibilities

• Attends to customer complaints and queries thru phone calls and social networking sites (messenger, instagram, viber, etc.)
• Create promotional materials like flyers, presentations, and social media content to support marketing efforts
• Handle transactions, manage order fulfillment, and coordinate with logistics for delivery
• Find new customers through phone calls, emails, social media content, and online research
• Track sales activities, monitor sales goals, and provide customer feedback to the sales team
• Work with sales and other teams
• Perform other related task

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and team collaboration.
• Organizational skills and Attention to detail
• Must be hardworking, trustworthy and able to work well with others
