Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, promote tile and interior finishing products, and drive customer engagement across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for tiles, mosaics, stones, sanitary wares, and other interior finishing products.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create and publish engaging content, including product features, project showcases, promotions, customer testimonials, and industry-related content.
• Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting across all digital platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Content Creation

• Create and coordinate digital content such as graphics, videos, reels, captions, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop content highlighting new products, showroom displays, completed projects, and company activities.
• Assist in taking photos and videos of products, showrooms, project sites, and events.

Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

• Assist in managing and monitoring online advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Support lead generation campaigns for residential, commercial, and project-based clients.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the Sales Team to support lead generation and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Design, Product, and Operations Teams for marketing materials and campaigns.
• Support marketing events, showroom activities, product launches, and other company initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
