Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create engaging marketing content, graphics, videos, and promotional materials using Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Support TikTok Live sessions and online promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop promotional activities and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
• Knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Proficient in Canva and knowledgeable in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong communication, creativity, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
