Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell premium office furniture solutions to corporate clients, developers, architects, interior designers, government institutions, and commercial businesses. The ideal candidate has strong consultative selling skills, a keen eye for design and workplace trends, and the ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers involved in office fit-outs and workspace planning.

Key Responsibilities

I. Sales Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, commercial, government, and institutional sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, cold outreach, and digital channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client workspace requirements and recommend appropriate furniture solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, specifications, and project bids.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while maintaining profitability targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to project completion and after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

II. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, project managers, procurement teams, facility managers, and business owners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on workplace design, ergonomics, and furniture solutions.
  • Follow up on project opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

III. Marketing & Business Development

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote premium office furniture products.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
  • Support social media, digital marketing, and showroom promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging workplace design concepts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials, presentations, and case studies.

IV. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with design, operations, logistics, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and client expectations throughout the delivery process.
  • Assist in space planning discussions and furniture specification reviews when required.

V. Reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in: Office furniture, Commercial interiors, Construction materials, Architectural products, Workplace solutions, High-value B2B products
  • Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives, procurement officers, architects, and designers.
  • Understanding of office furniture systems, ergonomics, and workplace design trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
