- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Support development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business goals
- Coordinate campaign activities, timelines, and deliverables across teams and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitor activities
- Manage content creation and ensure consistency with brand or campaign guidelines
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for optimization
- Support social media and digital marketing activities, including content scheduling and monitoring
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer support, etc.) for campaign execution
- Manage marketing databases, trackers, and documentation accurately and consistently
- Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives when required
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and recommend data-driven solutions
- Ensure timely execution of marketing activities and adherence to deadlines
- Handle coordination with external partners, vendors, or agencies when needed
- Support marketing audits, reviews, and compliance with internal standards
- Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned by management
