Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Entrepreneurship, Psychology, or other academic degrees that support communication and people engagement
• Strong interpersonal, networking, communication, and follow-up skills
• Naturally energetic and outgoing personality
• Comfortable working in the field that may include activities that will exceed regular working hours
• Well-presented, polished, and professional when engaging with the public

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend, represent, and build meaningful connections with industry associations
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial channel partnerships with businesses
• Source and connect to influencers who align with the company's branding strategies
• Manage relationships with press & media practitioners
• Lead the attendance or presentation for business expos and conferences
• Deliver CSR initiatives to institutions and applicable beneficiaries
• Conceptualize sponsored or own events, coordinate with event suppliers, and ensure the smooth flow of said event
• Implement customer loyalty and referral programs to existing customers
• Arrange other offline initiatives like mall kiosks, flyering, and D2D campaigns
