The role writes and shapes content across channels—website, case studies, social, sales materials, and event messaging—turning technical inputs from engineers into clear, persuasive, buyer-facing copy. This role works closely with the Marketing Lead and designer to keep all outbound communication consistent, credible, and on brand.

Position Title: Brand & Content Marketing Specialist

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Setup: Day Shift / On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit copy across channels, including website pages, brochures, datasheets, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Develop customer-facing case studies, testimonials, proof points, and press releases from completed projects (problem, solution, results, and impact).
• Drives public relations and media networking efforts, ensuring that the team is continually building new relationships across various media and influencer groups.
• Plan, write, and schedule social media and LinkedIn content aligned to campaign priorities and a media calendar.
• Support event messaging and collateral (booths, one-pagers, scripts, invites, follow-ups) in coordination with the marketing team.
• Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all materials; help evolve tone, vocabulary, and messaging guidelines.
• Translate technical and engineering input (features, architecture, project details) into clear benefits and use cases that buyers understand.

Marketing Operations & Support

• Gather insights from direct engage:ment with prospects and customers to develop customer-centric marketing assets and campaigns.
• Maintain and update a content calendar; manage deadlines and approvals to ensure on-time publishing and delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers and subject-matter experts to gather accurate inputs; validate technical correctness before release.
• Collaborate with the designer and/or external creatives by writing briefs, providing feedback, and ensuring final quality.
• Support basic SEO practices for website content (page structure, keyword-aware writing, metadata recommendations) as needed.
• Track and summarize performance of content (engagement, clicks, inquiries) and recommend improvements.
• Prepare weekly or monthly marketing activity reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, communications, or brand marketing.
• Strong writing samples/portfolio; B2B, technical, corporate, or enterprise writing is preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex or technical topics into clear, compelling buyer-facing language.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and subject matter experts; confident in asking questions to get accurate inputs.
• Organized and dependable—can manage a content calendar, hit deadlines, and handle multiple deliverables at once.

*Able to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

*Nice to have: experience writing for industrial/engineering/energy audiences; familiarity with SEO and LinkedIn content strategy.
