Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily marketing operations and field activities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
• Coordinate with branches/franchise partners regarding promotions and campaigns
• Handle social media marketing, online postings, and promotional materials
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for management
• Assist in planning events, activations, and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Ensure all marketing materials follow company branding guidelines
• Support the team in achieving monthly targets and business goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• With experience in marketing, sales, or supervisory role is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in social media platforms and digital marketing
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willing to do fieldwork and branch visits if needed
• Proficient in MS Office and basic graphic/editing tools is a plus
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
