CRM Marketing Specialist

Work Arrangement: Onsite | Shifting Schedule | Filinvest Alabang Muntinlupa

• Own all aspects of managing assigned end-to-end eDM insights and event campaigns, with a specific focus on events.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements, confirm campaign brief, and customer journey
• Establish required elements in CRM including:
• Target audience segmentation and list extraction, online list review and actioning, list uploads etc.
• Creation of required campaign content – email, event pages, web forms, etc
• Creation of campaign code for Lead tracking
• Monitoring and actioning audience governance across multiple campaigns
• Scheduling email sends, confirmations, follow-ups
• Data management such as the creation of Leads for webinar events
• Monitor campaign analytics and flag early metrics to campaign business owner.
• Technical skills in Email Marketing, HTML and Campaign automation tools like: Salesforce Pardot or HubSpot CRM or Microsoft Dynamic 365

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in creative production / design execution
