Job Summary

To lead end-to-end marketing strategy, performance analytics, and optimization with operational oversight and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell trucks, heavy equipment, and parts items

· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products across various online platforms.

• Create and edit photos and videos of equipment for online listings and marketing
• Build and maintain the dealership’s online presence (social media, website listings, etc.)
• Network locally: visit job sites, connect with potential clients, and spread the word

· Attend fairs, trade shows, and community events to advertise and sell equipment

· Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up practices

· Assist with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events.

· Analyze impact of marketing campaign and prepare measurement reports.

· Manages marketing collaterals, monitors brochures and online platforms, and other administrative requirements.

· Assists in touring of clients within Megatitan Main Showroom and in charge on the preparation for upcoming events.

· Performs satisfactorily all task assigned by immediate superior excellently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any related course
• Previous sales experience (equipment, vehicles, or related fields preferred)
• Comfortable with social media, online marketing, and basic video/photo editing
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
• Ability to represent the dealership professionally at events and in the community
