Role: Marketing Assistant

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati. Cebu, Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation

• Develop and execute creative content for email marketing, social media, and websites.
• Write engaging copy and assist in designing graphics to captivate target audiences.

Email Marketing (EDM)

• Craft and distribute effective email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, recommending improvements for optimal results.

Website Management

• Update and maintain client websites, ensuring alignment with campaigns and promotions.
• Optimise web content for user engagement and functionality.

Marketing Audits

• Audit client websites and marketing exposure and provide feedback on optimisations. 

Client Communication & Collaboration

• Liaise with supplier agents and the revenue team to implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance.

Video Content Editing & Creative Support

• Assist in the Editing of engaging video content for clients and Switch Hotel Solutions.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

Event & Trade Show Support

• Develop promotional materials and assist with the organisation of trade shows and events.

Online Travel Agency (OTA) Updates

• Maintain and update OTA listings (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) with accurate information and engaging imagery.

Market Research

• Conduct research to identify trends and provide insights that shape marketing strategies.
• Perform competitive analysis to position clients effectively in the market.

Switch Branding Initiatives

• Develop marketing materials to promote Switch Hotel Solutions to potential clients.
• Contribute to promotional activities that increase visibility and positive reviews for the company and its clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience working onshore
• Experience in hotel marketing with the below as they will be looking after a diverse range of clients
