Primary Function:

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the agency’s manpower services, strengthening client partnerships, and attracting qualified employer accounts. The role focuses on increasing brand credibility, generating client leads, and supporting revenue growth by effectively positioning the agency as a reliable provider of competent and job-ready personnel across various industries.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing)
• Experience handling multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Preferred Skills Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid advertising platforms
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• With experience in the Manpower Agency is advantage
• Willing to start asap and willing to assigned in BONI, MANDALUYONG CITY
