Job Requirements Bachelor’s

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing)
• Experience handling multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Preferred Skills Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid advertising platforms
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• With experience in the Manpower Agency is advantage
• Willing to start asap and willing to assigned in BONI, MANDALUYONG CITY

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channel
• Coordinate with creative teams, media buyers, designers, and content creators to deliver campaign objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and campaign reports
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance (ROI, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies
• Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners
• Support brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms
• Assist in budget planning and cost monitoring for campaigns
