Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM  

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipino who can speak Japanese, English, Filipino
• Open to JLPT N1, N2 Passer or Non-passer (No JLPT certificate required)
• Must be business level or higher level in Japanese Language
• Good English Communication Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Marketing, but any course is also welcome to apply
• No work experience required because training is provided
• Training is conducted by Japanese Trainer and Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Tasked with organizing the event, as well as handling postings in primers and advertisements and other platforms.
• Responsible for developing effective strategies to attract potential Japanese and Local clients
• Concentrate on enhancing the company's brand to appeal to Japanese clients through marketing tactics such as social media and advertising.  
• Focus on ensuring a positive and engaging experience for Japanese clients throughout the entire process.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using metrics and KPIs, generating reports to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements
